This fully renovated apartment located on a second floor, offers a perfect accommodation for up to 8 guests.

The Luxury Rambla Catalunya Apartment has been layed out in an open plan, one of the main rooms and the lounge share the same space. Also dramatically different is one of the bathrooms with large bath and relaxation area which is opened to the salon. Artisanal mosaic floors and high ceilings are some of the features of its architecture.
In the living / dining room there is a comfortable sofa to relax with the television. This apartment, even located right in the centre of Barcelona, is still extremely quiet.

The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with all modern amenities you expect to find in an apartment of this quality: microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.. It also has a large dining table so you can decide to prepare your dishes with fresh local products.
There is a total of 3 modern bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds at mezzanine level

Not included in the price:
- On the arrival day it is necessary to pay a refundable damage deposit of 400€ (Will be returned if apartment is left in good conditions).
- Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive after 21:00 there is an extra fee of 25 euro for late-check in. If you arrive after 23:00 there is an extra fee of 40 euro for late-check in.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Credit card
- A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 15:00 to 20:00
- Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
- For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
