The three bedrooms are on the upper level. There is ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

- 3 complete bathrooms with bath tubs (1 is en-suite)
- Living-room with sofa-bed for 2 people, television and dining table with 6 chairs

Not included in the price:
- A 120 euro extra charge will be required on arrival (not included in rent price) to cover final cleaning/laundry fees.
- Parking (20 euro per day)
- On the arrival day it is necessary to pay a refundable damage deposit of 400€ (Will be returned if apartment is left in good conditions).
- Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive after 21:00 there is an extra fee of 25 euro for late-check in. If you arrive after 23:00 there is an extra fee of 40 euro for late-check in.

The first area is mainly residential and quiet but the second is full of restaurants and bars. Staying in Putxet Sunny apartment is the perfect way to enjoy both atmospheres.
