Description

A lovely duplex apartment in a quiet area of Barcelona. On the lower level, you will find the living area with direct access to a terrace, and from there the community SWIMMING-POOL. There is a dining table and chairs for indoor dining, however, the Mediterranean climate guarantees many nights of al-fresco dining.

The three bedrooms are on the upper level. There is ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 17.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00

Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

This apartment in Barcelona is located between the famous and elegant Sarrià-Sant Gervasi District and the bohemian and hip district of Gracia. The first area is mainly residential and quiet but the second is full of restaurants and bars. Staying in Putxet Sunny apartment is the perfect way to enjoy both atmospheres.

A 5 minute walk from the apartment allows you to catch the metro line that brings you directly to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.

Park Guell is doubtless one of the most impressive public parks in the whole world, in which Antoni Gaudi let loose his imagination.
