The apartment is located in a lovely building and features a nice bedroom with balcony, a spacious and tastefully furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is one of the most interesting in the Born Area and in 1995 won the FAD Prize, a prestigious Spanish architecture award.

Brilliant place to stay. Location amazing. Loved the apartment. Only small issues were; not much natural light, some noise from construction around the corner. very small issues. -

Great location in the Born area - perfect. Apartment had everything we needed, including washing machine and WiFi. Much better value than hotels. -

We were disappointed that the lights/air conditioning didn't work properly. But we were pleased that a habitat representative was on hand to help quickly. -

Location
The Princesa 3 Apartment is located in the heart of the Born area, almost certainly the trendiest and most original neighbourhood in Barcelona. If it’s modern and stylish, or just plain curious, you’ll find it here: from modern art galleries to one-off designer clothes stores, smart restaurants and cool cocktail lounges. Despite all this fashionableness the area still maintains the look and feel of centuries past, with narrow streets, hidden squares and historic buildings, in one of which you’ll find the Picasso museum and its impressive collection of the artist’s earlier work.
