The apartment in Barcelona is located in a lovely building and features a nice bedroom with small window balcony, a spacious and tastefully furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is one of the most interesting in the Born Area and in 1995 won the FAD Prize, a prestigious Spanish architecture award.

All apartments with name "Princesa" are located in the same building.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

      La estancia fue muy agradable. La única pega fue que la conexión de internet iba muy lenta. También sería recomendable que pusieran ventanas de doble vidrio para reducir el sonido exterior.

      Apartment with gatehouse not away from the center and situated in a calm district, not away from all the services that the city can offer. Perhaps for the one who is lover of the tranqullità, too many are felt noises. Overall good and advisable for brief stays as mine.

      Unavailability of Wi-Fi, despite numerous calls, was major drawback. Otherwise very happy with apartment and its excellent location.

      Les petites choses à ameliorer... 1. la porte bien evidemment pour que le couple puisse avoir avoir un peu de "privacy" 2. internet. La wi-fi ne marchait pas, pas plus que la cle USB vodafone 3. la porte vitrée de la baignoire laisse passer l'eau de partout, donc salle de bain trempée dès qu'on prend une douche. Malgré les différents problemes, nous avons toujours apprécié d'avoir quelqu'un de votre entreprise avec qui on pouvait communiquer.

      We really liked the neighbourhood - good metro connection, close to beautiful sights. Looks a bit different than in the photos online. Furniture seems new and well cared for. Well priced. Put more hangers for clothes!

    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    The apartment is located in the heart of the Born area, almost certainly the trendiest and most original neighbourhood in Barcelona. If it’s modern and stylish, or just plain curious, you’ll find it here: from modern art galleries to one-off designer clothes stores, smart restaurants and cool cocktail lounges. Despite all this fashionableness the area still maintains the look and feel of centuries past, with narrow streets, hidden squares and historic buildings, in one of which you’ll find the Picasso museum and its impressive collection of the artist’s earlier work.
