The apartment in Barcelona is located in a lovely building, in a small pedestrian street, and provides two double bedrooms with Queen-size Beds and large wardrobes, a bathroom with bath/shower, a spacious living area with balconies facing Flassaders Street. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and all rooms are tastefully furnished. The building is one of the most interesting in the Born area and is a past winner of the FAD Prize, a prestigious Spanish architecture award.

All apartments with name "Princesa" are located in the same building.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (bedrooms have no windows).
- Living room with a sofa, and a dining table for 6 people (with large windows looking out to the street with small balconies).

      The location of the apartment was ideal, and it was clean and functional. We were a little disturbed by the noise of the plumbing in other apartments, and wished that more than 2 rolls of toilet paper could have been provided for 4 adults. Generally though, we were extremely pleased. Customer service on the phone and by email was great.

      Stayed in Princesa 1 Apartment for the 2nd time and it was just as good as the 1st time. It is well furnished and comfortable for 4 adults. The only gripe we had was they had a new door fitted to the apartment and at times it was difficult to open.

      The apartment was in a great location, we have two young children and everything we needed was within walking distance. There are some great shops, restaurants & bars right on your doorstep. The zoo is very close and also round the corner from the picasso museum. Perfect place for our stay and would return to this apartment.

      The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed, the location is perfect for exploring the Born and Gothic areas and Valerie was very helpful in explaining the services. Our major complaint relates to the construction site opposite. The noise made it impossible to enjoy the balconies for a lot of the time. There was constant noise from pneumatic drills, masonry saws, heavy equipment and in addition the site was so brightly lit at night that the apartment was difficult to sleep. That is, I know a temporary problem but it would have been best to have been warned in advance and offered somewhere quieter, possibly in the same building. The only complaint about the apartment itself is the poorly equipped kitchen, 3 wine glasses, no oven and minimum crockery and cutlery were inadequate in an apartment of this size and in a kitchen that is otherwise very large. That said, our stay in Barcelona was memorable and would happily return and do business with Habitat again

      We enjoyed out stay in the Princesa 1 apartment. We found the sleeping spaces were small for a family of 5, which is why we didn't think it was great value for money. The services provided by Habitat Services were excellent however.

      a great location, a little noise from the building site but Habitat were very responsive when I rang and let them know and they contacted the building contractors. The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, the quality of the bed linen wasn\'t great and the decor was a bit sparse but it did the job and it was clean, safe and centrally located. Habitat were very clear and helpful throughout our stay. Habitat Apartments Management: building work has finished.

      This was the second time I'd stayed with friends at a Habitat apartment and we had a great time due to the amenities and comfort of the apartment and its great location (30 metres from Born). Only improvement on the apartment would be for the TV to have more channels than just the tedious, rolling, BBC World News and it would also be handy if the stereo had an iPod dock. Still, overall it was great.

      A great location, for sightseeing the city. Apartment was spacious and good layout. At the time was building work right outside the apartment, which although did not wake us up (as we have two small children to do that) it was a bit of an eye sore!.and would of appreciated being told this before we booked.

    The Princesa 1 apartment is located in the heart of the Born Area, almost certainly the trendiest and most original neighbourhood in Barcelona. If it’s modern and stylish, or just plain curious, you’ll find it here: from modern art galleries to one-off designer clothes stores, smart restaurants and cool cocktail lounges. Despite all this fashionableness the area still maintains the look and feel of centuries past, with narrow streets, hidden squares and historic buildings, in one of which you’ll find the Picasso museum and its impressive collection of the artist’s earlier work.
