With a lovely view of the square and the church, the apartment offers a perfect stay for 2 - 4 people. The apartment, located in the 1st floor of a XVIII building, was renovated as a studio-loft in 2003 and refurnished with a good mix of classic and modern details.
NOTE: Extensive building work taking place next to apartment causing noise from about 8am to 7pm.Includes the following amenities and services:
- 1 Bedroom with a nice balcony facing the square, a large wardrobe, night tables and lamps
- A Living room / Dining Room, with a sofa bed (140x200 cm)
- A well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave) with washing machine/tumble dryer
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Air Conditioning / Heating
- Local TV
- CD- Player/Hi-fi stereos
- Iron and ironing board
- Towels and linen
- A baby travel cot and baby’s folding high chair
- Maid service for more than 7 days staying

Le vendría bien una mano de pintura al piso. La calefacción no funcionaba. Por lo demás todo ok, la ubicación ideal aunque el portal tenga mal aspecto. -

(The entrance and communal areas of apartment building very dusty and dirty) . However the apartment itself is nice, original features with a modern twist. Excellent location and very easy to find. -

C' était comme vu sur le site.l'apartement est au dessus dans petit bar mais l'insonorité de l'apart fait que nous entendions presque rien. je suis tres satisfaite de mon choix d'apartement et si j'ai a recommencé je ferai la meme chose, l'apatement est tres bien situe dans la ville. -

We had the best time in the apartment in Barcelona. The apartment make it so easy to enjoy the city because of its great position.Everything in the apartment was up to date and easy to use.

The apartment is located in Placeta del Pi next to Plaza del Pi, called the "prettiest square in the Barri Gothic” by the Lonely Planet guidebooks. It’s surrounded by quaint little streets peppered with art galleries, old-world restaurants and shops: Don’t miss the incredibly thick, and equally delicious, drinking chocolate served in the cafes along Calle Petritxol. One cup, with the accompanying “churros” and you can forget about dinner!
Less than five minutes from the apartment you’ll also find the Gothic Cathedral, Las Ramblas and Plaza Sant Jaume, home to the 15th-century city-hall.

- Cathedral - 250 metres
- Museo Picasso - 750 metres
- Subway Station (Line 3) - 200 metres.
