It's perfect located in town next to Place de Catalunya and La Rambla, it couldn't be better. We walk to La Sagrade Familia 2.5 km and Fondation Juan Miro on the Olympic mountain 3 km. Bedrooms with comfortable beds. Wireless internet included, work without any problems.

The apartment was wonderful, its location was great. The apartment had great condition and spotlessly clean. It was quiet at night even though it was right in the heart of the centre. La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, metro station just few minutes walk.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 21.99% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
