Plaza Real 13 apartment is located in the Barrio Gótico (Gothic Quarter), one of the most historic and best preserved neighbourhoods in all of Spain. The site of an original Roman town, the narrow alleyways and hidden squares which you see now principally date from medieval times.

The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets.

Very central, lovely apartment,was very happy with it. Apart from cost (which is always an issue), I can see only two little items that I think you could improve. There was a little knack to opening the front door that I feel should be pointed out go guests. Overall the apartment was very clean and although the floor looked clean, socks were black if you walked on it. // Julia from Habitat: Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately it's easy for the dusk to come in in the city center when the balcony doors are open. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused through this.

Apartment was spotless. The instructions given to us to reach the apartment made the travel from the airport very easy. The only negative was that you would only want to use the balcony to dry clothes. You would not want to sit out on it as it overlooks a very unattractive view.

Lovely apartment in excellent, central location. Fully equipped with all we needed. Great service from the company, good check in & responded well during stay with a query. Only drawback was the tiny shower cubicle but shower itself was fine. Hall & staircase could be better maintained but this wouldn't put me off booking again. And yes the view from the balcony is not so great but you can't have everything in such a prime location!

Shower could be better, the head doesnt really fit the pressure and kept falling down. Also the twin beds kept pulling apart from each other, so not too comfortable for my boyfriend and I. Great little apartment though, very modern and clean and well kept. Will definitely use the service again. Location was fantastic.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
