Description

The apartment has 110 m² and it is located in a brand new building next to Plaza Catalunya, the emblematic Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, one of the most exclusive streets of the city.

It features three bedrooms, one of them with a large window, two brand new bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the dining room up to 7 people. The apartment has a bright lounge with a balcony with beautiful view on Balmes Street, with a comfortable sofa and plasma TV.

The apartment is very well connected to all means of transport is by metro, bus, tourist bus.

Ideal location to enjoy the city.

Very nice Apartment with a great location near plaça catalunya

8.0 Anass - 

We had a great time in the apartment. Very spacious with comfortable beds and clean linen. Appreciated the soaps etc in bathroom and kitchen. I suggest replacing the dinnerware which doesn't fit into the dishwasher. Easy check in and check out. Fabulous location. Take the AeroBus to Placa Catalunya, and it's a 3 minute walk to the apartment. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful tapas & pizzas and is very well priced.

Geweldig appartement. Voldoende ruimte en heel erg mooi ontworpen. Uitstekend geschikt voor families. Dichtbij veel hoogtepunten van Barcelona.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 22:00
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 01:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
