Comfortable apartment, nice location. TV had very few channels and did not work from night 2, but hey, who wants to watch TV in Barcelona. Service from Habitat very punctual and swift.

The apartment was great, new, clean, well located and furnished with everything we needed and especially well suited for a family with 2 young children such as ourselves. In addition, the personnel of Habitat apartments (especially Jennifer) were very kind and helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone staying in Barcelona.

well located apartment with modern fittings and air con that works! overlooks a large courtyard rather than facing direct onto the wall of anothe building which is nice for a city centre apartment. very good service.

Very pleased with the apartment and with \"Habitat Apartments\" as a whole,the booking process was very easy to use and the website very informative. The young lady that met us at the apartment was very helpful and pleasant. It was a very quiet location, a safe and tidy area with easy access to transport. We were very pleased with the the apartment decoration. It was very comfortable like home. It was a very clean and tidy building and a very pleasant building. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was ideal for us as was the previous Habitat property we stayed in. Thank you for an excellent stay.

It was a very quiet location, a safe and tidy area with easy access to transport. We were very pleased with the the apartment decoration. It was very comfortable like home. It was a very clean and tidy building and a very pleasant building. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The relative value is still good.

We had a very pleasant stay in Barcelona. Tha apartment was very good. I just wanted to recommend you keep an eye on the humidity in the bathroom, it is about to ruin the ceiling and it would be a pity because the apartment is very nice!! (we are going to check this. habitat apartments 04/01/2010.Is Repaired 07/01/2010)

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00 to 23:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
