Description

This recently renovated rustic apartment is both elegant and charming and has a large private terrace outside on which there are chairs and a table for you to enjoy. The apartment is exterior and is very well illuminated with natural light throughout the day. As well as a private terrace there is a small private balcony outside the master bedroom.

As well as a private terrace there is also a large communal terrace in the building.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people but can easily accomodate 5 people as there is a sofa bed in the living room

-42" flat screen smart TV

Nicely decorated appartment with a personal touch. It's very comfortable to stay here. Furtherone it is nearby a metrostation, supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. We would recommend it to our friends.

Clean and functional apartment with powerful air conditioning. Located in peaceful area only walking distance from Ramblas, local food market nearby. Friendly, helpful personnel speaking fluent English.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 20:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • For check-in on Sunday there is an extra charge of 25 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 35 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
