Brand new exterior apartment with light coming in to the two bedrooms. The apartment has been decorated in a rustic style, keeping some of the original features such as wood beams and arcs in the ceiling and brick walls, as well as the beautiful wooden doors and ceramic floors along the entrance hall. From the living room there's also an exit to a lovely terrace with a small table and two chairs.
It’s ideal for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 5.

- Balcony with a table and some chairs
- Communal terrace open from 10am to 19pm each day
-42" flat screen smart TV
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Reception open until 19pm during the week
- Contemporary art gallery in reception
Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:
Metrostation, Essensmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars sehr nahe - Anbindung zum Flughafen gut da Placa Espanya nur eine Metrostation entfernt liegt und von da eine direkte Busverbindung zum Flughafen besteht - Räume modern eingerichtet - Geräumig Geschirr war sehr sauber alle Räume klimatisiert
9.3 Yohann -De locatie, op loopafstand van de havens en de metro. Met de taxi 30 euro vanaf het vliegveld. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en konden onze spullen alvast kwijt bij aankomst en ook op de vertrekdag was dit geen probleem. Dichtbij supermarkt, diverse bakkers en restaurantjes, de kamers zijn hygiënisch en sereen.
