The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single, 1 complete bathroom and a kitchen open to the living area. The decoration is neutral but practical to enjoy a great stay in the city.

Nice appartment, clean, good service from Habitat. Bit short on kitchen equipment: only wine glasses, no water glasses, only two table knifes - was corrected later... but this is only small remark. A small terras or window looking at the front / street side would me nice. Not shure about the neighbourhood.

We enjoyed the apartment- good value for the price and easy access to the Born neighborhood and beyond, though a bit difficult to reach by car with narrow streets and slightly suspect characters around at certain times.

Although central down a noisy narrow street. Would like to have been advised that a taxi cannot get to the apartment (as I have a disability) Instructions in English as to how to use the hob would have been useful. Habitat: This is an induction hob, it warms when you put something on it. We apologize about the lack of information concerning access to the apartment.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
