The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which once housed military stables.
It was refurbished in April 2005 and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed situated on the upper level of the apartment, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. There is also a nice terrace.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
  • Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140cm x 200cm)
  • A well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave)

    The instructions on how to arrive at the apartment could have been more detailed but the location was good for easy access to the city. The apartment was nice with useful features such as aircon, wi-fi & outside area. Giovanna was very welcoming! Some things could have been better with the general state of repair, e.g. the shower fitting was loose so the shower head had to be held during use, the front door lock & patio door were difficult to use and the kitchen was lacking a few basic utensils.

      I am happy to give my feedback for our stay in Olivera apartment. We were very impressed and felt right at home! The owner Pasquale was very helpful and welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. The apartment was very well presented and located with good facilities and excellent shower!! I will be recommending your service and that particular apartment to my friends in the future.

      We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was our first visit to barcelona and we were extremely happy with the apartment and the city, we would recommend the apartment to friends and we will definitely come back.

    Location

    The apartment is situated close to Montjuic , the rocky hill which dominates the southern side of Barcelona. This was the location for both the 1888 Great Exhibition and the 1992 Olympics, and the legacies of both events are still much in evidence. Within walking distance from the apartment you have Poble Español, with its recreation of Spanish regional architecture, Fira Barcelona, which still uses pavilions from the great exhibition, the National Art Museum, the Olympic Stadium and the “Magic Fountain” with its spectacular, nightly sound and light show.

    The nearest metro station is 5 minutes away and is on Line 3, connecting you rapidly with Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.
