This three bedroom apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends. The Apartment has a common roof-top terrace with pool, the perfect place to relax.
The apartment is situated in the Eixample area near the Arc the Triomf and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella. It´s just a 15 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya and a 20 minute walk to the sunny beaches of Barcelona.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

- One bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom
- 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds
- Living room with sofabed for 2 people
- Two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom
- A well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, electric hob and microwave)
- Common roof-top terrace with pool and sunbeds on the 6th floor
- Washing machine and clothes dryer
- Air conditioning & Central Heating
- Internet connection Wifi (no extra cost)

Not included in the price:
- A 120 euro extra charge will be required on arrival (not included in rent price) to cover final cleaning/laundry fees.
- Parking (20 euro per day)
- On the arrival day it is necessary to pay a refundable damage deposit of 400€ (Will be returned if apartment is left in good conditions).
- Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive after 21:00 there is an extra fee of 25 euro for late-check in. If you arrive after 23:00 there is an extra fee of 40 euro for late-check in.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Arc de Triunf apartments are located in Calle Roger de Flor, next to the Arc de Triomf Monument. It's just 15 minutes on foot to Plaza Catalunya and just 140 meters to the nearest metro/train station.

The city’s park, Parc de la Ciutadella and the zoo, are 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. In the same direction, and equally close, you’ll find the historic and very fashionable Born area, with a great range of quality restaurants, tapas joints, lively bars and trendy boutiques. A ten-minute walk in the opposite direction, towards the hills, takes you to La Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudí’s massive, eccentric and unfinished masterpiece.
