Cancellation

• For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 95% of the total amount.
• For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
• For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

• A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
• The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

• 500 € bills not accepted.
• Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
• We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

• A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
• We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00

Check-out : Before 11:00

• In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
• Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 €.
• Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

• The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
• The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
