It features 100 m2 and unbeatable  views to the sea, cathedral, Montjuic, Tibidabo, the Sagrada Familia and Torre Agbar.

Distributed in three double bedrooms and one twin (1 double, 4 singles and 1 bunk bed), one with bathroom and all exterior with large windows. From every window you will see all Barcelona.

The dining room has a beautiful view of the Barcelona coastline, with a small terrace where you will enjoy unforgettable moments of relax and luxury time for eating while enjoying the entertainment that the city provides. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen has views of the Gothic Quarter and the Parc de la Ciutadella. The whole floor enjoys plenty of light and tranquility as well as heating and air conditioning in each room from also enjoy spectacular views.

The building was built in 2000 and renovated in 2006.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
