Gran Via 41 Apartment is a luxury and modern apartment, which has recently been refurbished in what we call a contemporary Barcelona style. It´s 300m2 offer a spectacular space for 11 people.

Its exceptional location also means that the metro station with various lines as well as any number of buses and taxis is very nearby and in just a few minutes you can get to the city's fantastic beaches.

Amenities included in the apartment:
- 2 living rooms, very spacious and one has a dining table
- 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 5 single beds
- Each bedroom feature a Television
- 3 designer bathrooms: 2 with showers, one with bath tub
- Internet
- Satellite TV, DVD
- Kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer
- air conditioning and heating

*Parking on request (free, except summer: June, July and August). During summer parking has extra cost of 10 Euros /day

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 600 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
