Nice and sunny 3 bedroom apartment located in Gracia neighbourhood just 1 minute from metro station. Balcony with table & chairs off the living room.

The apartment is on the fifth floor (with 2 lifts) sunny and luminous with all windows facing the street but is super quiet.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (1 bedroom with big wardrobe)
  • 1 bedroom with single bed with a big wardrobe.
  • Living room with sofa bed for two persons.
  • Balcony with table & chairs off living area

      We had a great time! The Gracia apartment is very lovely and located in a nice area. Questions 4 and 5 below are not applicable because we didn\'t use any general Habitat services or repair services during our stay. BTW, I stayed in other Habitat apartments before (Attic, Tetuan, Tessa) and I greatly enjoyed these stays as well. Unfortunately, I lost your discount slip from previous stays, but I will definitely keep this one in a safe place for future bookings. Happy New Year and best regards, Martina Lauer

      we were really positiv surprised about the apartement. The house itself was not all that nice but the apartement was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Metro station just round the corner!!!

      Apartment comfortable and clean. Greeter very helpful. We were very happy with apt and loved Gracia. BTW there is a brand new lavanderia that opened 2 blocks down on the right on C/ Sant Lluis. Liked Lalola and El Glop restaurants. Metro into to central Barca and beach was great. Loved neighborhood and people who were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.

      We very much enjoyed our stay. The Habitat staff were welcoming and helpful. They were available if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment was definitely clean upon arrival. Our favorite aspects of the apartment were 1) light 2) balcony 3) water pressure. The furnishings were conducive to an open feeling. Our one criticism, which is significant, is that the apartment was advertised as Air Conditioned when it is in fact Air Conditioned in Master Bedroom and Living Room only. Those of us in the back bedrooms were uncomfortable. This is the reason why we would not reserve this apartment again. You should change the listing regarding the Air Conditioning in order to be accurate. The description of the apartment as quiet is true. It is great to find such a quiet apartment that is in such a happening city as Barcelona! The location so close to the subway is good. Sincerely, Anne F. Gilheany

      We totally enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and our time at your apartment. We have found everything very satisfactory and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Everything was as expected and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend your apartment and your company to friends.

    Near the fashionable location of Passeig de Grácia and not far from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.

    Passeig de Gracia was designed as Barcelona´s Grand Avenue, and is also home to Gaudí´s most accomplished work and one of Modernism´s best examples, the Pedrera or Casa Mila. Today Passeig de Gracia is an eminently commercial avenue, in the style of the great European boulevards. There is no better way to get to know the essence of Barcelona than to take a relaxed stroll along the Passeig de Gracia.
