Beautiful duplex decorated with modern and cheerful colors. It features 3 floors where there are two large bedrooms, each with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with two sofa beds.

It also offers a beautiful furnished terrace and a small terrace with outdoor shower. There is a 4-seater dining room and a fully equipped Kitchen.

Ideal for a large family or for a group of friends. Can accommodate up to 8 people.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : From 09:00 to 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

Only 250 meters away is a supermarket open 24 hours and 5 minutes walk from many bars and restaurants and the market of the Conception, which offers fresh locally sourced products.
