This Barcelona Apartment is a new addition to our selection. It is a stylish and modern apartment.

10.0 GIR80 Standard Suite 5 - 

Very modern and nice amenities. Nice TV. The room was very Clean. Had a washer AND Drier. The management was very friendly. Close to a metro stop and a 15 minute walk to popular Guadi sights. We were three people sharing the bathroom, and the bathroom was within the master bedroom instead of in the main room.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
