A brand new refurbished property right in the centre of town, minutes walk from Las Ramblas with the Portal de l’Angel, just round the corner. Modern decoration with 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin + 1 single + extra bed), living area and fully eqipped.
Located in the same buiding as Flor 1 and Flor 2.

- 1 double bedroom on bottom floor (with double bed)
- 1 double bedroom (with double bed), 1 twin bedroom (two single beds) and 1 single bedroom on second floor
- 1 additional single 'puff' bed available (to put in the room you prefer).

- A well- equipped kitchen with Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Washing Machine.

L\'appartement est très spaacieux et agréable pour une famille nombreuse. C\'est l\'idéal. Agréable endroit et magnifique séjour. Peut-e^tre des petits détails de rénovation à terminer ou à améliorer mais cela ne gâche absolument pas la qualité du séjour. Bravo et bonne année 2010. Si nous avons l\'occasion de retourner à Barcelone, nous ferons appel à vous. Vous vivez dans une ville agréable. Merci pour votre aide précieuse. -

Fantistic location in center. Major bedroom in upper floor not useful with such low sealing which we hurt heads against more than once. Same goes for shower in bathroom upstairs. Quite surprised that kitchen not well equipped at all for cooking and eating breakfast. i.e. cups and glases not for 7 persons. But nice livingroom and bedroom below.

Flor 4 is located in the heart of the Barri gotic and a stones throw from the Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The surrounding area is great for shopoholics: you’ll find a huge range of shops with particular emphasis on fashionable clothes, shoes and accessories. The most prestigious department store in Barcelona, El Corte Inglés, is also here. The apartment is situated in Flor Street, a private street where public access is restricted, guaranteeing both privacy and security.
