Large 3 bedroom refurbished property right in the centre of town, few minutes' walk from Las Ramblas with the Portal de l’Angel, just around the corner. Rooms are fully equipped. Internet connection at no extra cost.

Same building as the other Flor apartments.

  • 2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds, (one with bathroom en-suite)
  • 1 Bedroom with 2 singles beds.
  • 2 Bathrooms (one bathroom located near the living-room, the other is en-suite off the main bedroom), one with bath and one with shower, both have toilet

  • A well-equipped kitchen with Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Washing Machine.

      Nice apartment in a great location. The only drawbacks were having to go through one bedroom on the upper floor to get to the next bedroom and the glass door/panes separating those rooms, leading to a lack of privacy. More suited to a family with kids than 6 adults. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

      La situation est idéale proche de tout, la qualité de literie est moyenne et il y a quelques petites réparations à effectuer concernant la fenêtre du salon qui ne fermait pas.L'accueil est super et très clair, je relouerai avec Habitat et le recommande à mes proches à bientôt.

      We had a perfect stay here. The apartment had everything we needed to be able to cook and relax after sightseeing. Walking distance to Las Ramblas and Gothic area. Representative Laia was very friendly and helpful at check in.

      Perfect appartment with very good location, and still very quiet. Only regret some more hot water and bath easier to fill. Otherwise perfect stay, and we will come back for sure.

      All in all the apartment was very nice. Only negative thing is that we noticed that the water in the shower downstairs came out cold after four people had showered and also the upstairs shower would go on everywhere apart from yourself (Habitat Apartments - this has now been resolved). But other than that a very comfortable stay. I would definately recommend staying here.

      Apartment was in a very good location and suited our purposes. It was clean and had everything we needed. The representative who met us and gave us the keys was very helpful and informative.

      The apartment was very nice, and perfect for a small family. A bit hard to figure out how to use the microwave and washer and dryer, but we made due. Location is awesome, and I loved having my own private street in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bari Gotic.

      Very satisfied, the website is fantastic, and whole booking is extremelly easy to follow and very user friendly, the pictures and interactive maps are brilliant. Apartment, FANTASTIC, exactly what we were after for our long weekend. The price was right and the location perfect.

    The Flor Duplex is located in the heart of the Barri gotic and a stones throw from the Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The surrounding area is great for shopoholics: you’ll find a huge range of shops with particular emphasis on fashionable clothes, shoes and accessories. The most prestigious department store in Barcelona, El Corte Inglés, is also here. The apartment is situated in Flor Street, a private street where public access is restricted, guaranteeing both privacy and security.
