A brand new refurbished property right in the centre of town, minutes walk from Las Ramblas with the Portal de l’Angel, just round the corner. Modern decoration with 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin + 1 single + extra bed), living area and fully eqipped.

Same building as the other Flor apartments.

Amenities and services included:

  • 1 double bedroom on bottom floor (with double bed)
  • 1 double bedroom (with double bed), 1 twin bedroom (two single beds) and 1 single bedroom on second floor
  • 1 additional single 'puff' bed available (to put in the room you prefer).
  • 2 Bathrooms: one on each floor
  • A well- equipped kitchen with Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Washing Machine.

      Very nice apartment, but it was a problem with Internet and TV, which did not work and it was obviously not possible to fix. However, the contact persons were extremely service minded and we had a mobile broadband modem instead. But for us a working internet connection is very important for the stay.

      Loved the apartment, it met our needs for our group. The location was good, no noise. Centrally located good for site seeing. The person who met us was great, very welcoming and answered our questions. If you are used to (American) face cloths, be sure to bring your own. I did have some but they were with my lost luggage. The apartment only supplies Bath and Hand towels. The street (which is a courtyard) needs better signage, I loved the privacy. The pedestrian street may be full of people and noise, but that little courtyard gave you the privacy you needed during the busy urban chaos. We will definitely return.

      It was an overall great experience! It is cosy and very well placed for tourists. The only inconveniency was the no heating in the bathroom and the little noise caused by the not so quiet tourists who rent the other apartments. I would recommend it to a friend though.

      The apartment was very good. It was comfortable and well equipped and was really central. Would be very good for a family as quite big. Would go again and stay in the same place. The person who met us at the apartment was helpful and friendly. Good weekend had by all.

      L\'appartement est très spaacieux et agréable pour une famille nombreuse. C\'est l\'idéal. Agréable endroit et magnifique séjour. Peut-e^tre des petits détails de rénovation à terminer ou à améliorer mais cela ne gâche absolument pas la qualité du séjour. Bravo et bonne année 2010.       I would just like to say I had a fantastic time thanks to your Super professional organisation. When this was booked back in May everything was so simple and on arrival we were greeted by Laia who was helpful and absolutely charming. Regarding the points on your questionnaire I have to reply "Surperb" to all of them.
    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    Flor 4 is located in the heart of the Barri gotic and a stones throw from the Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The surrounding area is great for shopoholics: you’ll find a huge range of shops with particular emphasis on fashionable clothes, shoes and accessories. The most prestigious department store in Barcelona, El Corte Inglés, is also here. The apartment is situated in Flor Street, a private street where public access is restricted, guaranteeing both privacy and security.
