This classic apartment is beautifully decorated and features two spacious bedrooms with exterior views, elegant furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom.

Located at the same floor as Ferran 2.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

  • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (180cm x 200cm). The main bedroom provides an area with a sofa. Each bedroom faces Raurich Street.
  • 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
  • A well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and microwave) with washing machine/ tumble dryer. There is a folding table and chairs for 4 people that can be used in the bedroom next to the kitchen.
  • Air Conditioning and Electric heating
  • Satellite TV
  • CD- Player/Hi-fi stereos
  • Internet Wi-fi: (May not be compatible with some laptop configurations)
  • Safe
  • Hairdryer

      The appartmentis well located near the Opera \"Liceu\". Furniture and decoration are simple, but elegant. The matrasses are in a good state. The quarter is really fun - lots of restaurants and bars to go very close. The only negative points were the fact that there are no international stations on the TV (who needs that anyway) and the appartment is a little dark (1st floor, very narrow street).

      Ferran 1 is a lovely large apartment, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all utensils required. It is close by to an ATM, internet cafe, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Overall it is a good apartment.

      We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was perfect for our needs.The location was excellent and Esperanta make us feel very wecome on our arrival.If we return to your city we would definitely book this apartment again with Habitat,i would have noreaervations about recommending these apts to my family and friends.

      We were very happy with the apartment and the service received throughout the booking process. There was a small misunderstanding where we arrived about half an hour earlier than expected, but your representative was not long in arriving when told we were outside. The apartment was exactly as per the description and photographs and we were very comfortable. I have had major surgery on my back previously and often suffer from backache in beds other than my own. The bed was great, no backache at all.

      Both my son and enjoyed the apartment and the city. The location was great, far enough away from the Ramblas for us not to be disturbed but close enough to almost everywhere we wanted to go and the Metro was very convenient where we needed it. Best regards, G Ellis

    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    The Ferran apartment is conveniently located at the heart of the Barri Gotic in central Barcelona. It is situated between Ferran Street and Plaza del Pi, a charming café-filled square which has changed little over the centuries. Almost on the doorstep you have the elegant Plaza Reial with its towering palm trees and Gaudi-designed lampposts, and Las Ramblas, the thriving pedestrian boulevard which runs through the middle of the historic city.
