Description

The new penthouse apartment is centrally located at a walking distance from many attractions such as Paseo De Gracia and the casa Batlló.

The apartment has been reformed in December 2013 and has been decorated with design furniture and thinking about the guests comfort. The living room is connected to the terrace with the city view. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need.

9.3 HENDRY - 

This is a very good property in a central location with 2-3 mins walk to Metro station. We stayed here for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All amenities well taken care of and good support staff to take care of services. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall it was cosy , comfortable and memorable stay and i will recommend homearound.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : From 08:00 to 10:30
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Early check-out is possible from 08:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
Booking fee : A non-refundable 12.39 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs. Tourism license number : HUTB-007097
