Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 800 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
500 € bills not accepted.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out : Before 12:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 12:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

Passeig de Gràcia is Barcelona's most elegant avenue and one of the best architectural walks in the city with lots of Modernist buildings (la Casa Batlló, La Casa Milà).

This avenue is also one of the major streets for shopping in Barcelona. All national and international fashion houses have their boutique here. Among prestigious designers, you will find Adolfo Dominguez, Loewe, Chanel, Yves-Saint-Laurent, Hermès, but also even more accessible brands like Zara, Mango, Globe, Benetton and Laura Ashley.

On Paseo de Gracia there is a public underground parking space open 24 hours a day under surveillance. The entry walk is on valencia Street/Paseo de Gracia
