Description

The apartment has 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people in two rooms, one of them, very spacious with double bed and a large window, and the smaller one with two single beds.

The apartment has a complete bathroom with Jacuzzi, a large kitchen fully equipped.

It has a spacious living room with a balcony of 8 m2 overlooking the Avenida Diagonal, one of the most emblematic streets of the city. The living / dining room has a comfortable sofa, a plasma TV and dining table for 4 people.

The apartment is fully renovated and has typical structure  of the Eixample with ceilings of 4 meters and hydraulic floors.

We spent almost two weeks in the apartment and had a wonderful stay. We stayed with our three girls aged 6, 4 and 10 months and everything in the apartment met our needs. Very cozy and beautiful with the high ceilings and the balcony. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the various parts of Barcelona and the neighborhood seemed very safe without being too lively. Very quiet also. Highly recommended!

Nach einer telefonischen Beratung von Habitat entschieden wir uns für das Diagonal Center Apartment und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage ist gut - nur wenige Minuten zur Sagrada Familia und auch bis zum Plaza Catalunya kann man hinunterlaufen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben es schon unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 22:00
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 01:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
