About Diagonal B apartment

This contemporary duplex apartment with one bedroom, to sleep up to 5 guests (with its double bedroom, double sofa bed & single sofa bed), is located in the Gracia area, next to l'Eixample, in a modern building which offers a swimming pool in a pleasant communal area outside behind the apartment building.

On the lower floor, as you enter the apartment, you'll find a modern living room with a large balcony & windows looking over the quiet Seneca Street, an American style kitchen & a dining area which can seat up to six, and a full bathroom.

On the upper floor (mezzanine style looking over living room below) there are two single beds placed together, a sofa bed for one person, and full bathroom.

The apartment offers a wealth of natural light & includes modern & quality fittings/features throughout. It is located in the same building as the Diagonal A apartment.

This is an ideal choice for a family in the centre of Barcelona. Offers wifi internet.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

    * One bedroom on upper floor with two single beds placed together (in total 160cm x 200cm). Beds can be separated as preferred, large wardrobe & two skylight windows (with blinds to block out light). A sofa bed 140cm x 200cm for 1 person (or 2 children) is offer to the side.

    * Large open plan living room on lower floor & large windows (with blinds), and large balcony looking over a pedestrian street: Seneca Street. The sofa doubles as a large sofa bed for 2 people (160cm x 200cm)

    * A fully equipped American style kitchen with kitchen-ware (large fridge-freezer, microwave, electric stove & oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with clothes dryer.

    * 2 full bathrooms: one on each floor (downstairs with shower, upstairs with bathtub)

* Outdoor swimming pool (communal for all guests in the building - 8 apartments)

    * Air conditioning unit in bedroom (which circulates to the whole apartment as it is open-plan) and central heating with radiators.

    * Internet Wi-Fi connection

    * Flatscreen TV with satellite & mp3 connector

    * DVD Player

    * Hairdryer

    * Iron and ironing board

    * Towels and bed linens are provided

    * Baby travel cot and baby´s high chair free of charge ON REQUEST

    * Groups of friends are considered but only over 35 yrs of age (We will ask IDs at check in)

The following rules related to the swimming pools must be followed:
* Open 10am to 18:00 in winter (1 November to 30 April) and 10am to 21:00 in summer (1 May to 31 October). Out of these times the pool is closed and no guest will have access to the key.
* Animals not permitted in the pool area, no eating, no music, no parties or meetings of any type.
* The company reserves right of admission at any time.

This apartment is located in Gracia just next to Eixample area, just one block from Diagonal and two blocks from Paseo de Gracia.

Lovely apartment, excellent location, all mod cons with balcony. Heavy rain one night kept us awake because of the skylights over our bed but not the fault of the apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed with the family in this apartment(Type \"studio\") in the centre of Barcelona convenient located to the metro and shops. The quality of the apartment was excellent, including everything you will need. The only downside was that this is an open apartment and therefore less suitable for families with children.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 400 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
