It has recently been refurbished and is located on the second floor of a property with lift. The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America during the last years of the XIX century.

The 90m2 apartment has three big double bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with two singles and one with bunkbeds. The 30m2 kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony where you can see the quiet street.

    Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the barri gotic so we could walk pretty much everywhere! Food shops are around the corner. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Located in a small street 'Dormitori de Sant Francesc', in the Gothic quarter, right in the city centre of Barcelona.

The Gothic quarter is located between two main streets in Ciutat Vella (the old town), 'Vía Laietana' and 'Las Ramblas', and 'Plaza Catalunya' and the sea. This is the heart of Barcelona, where the old fortified Roman city was located and evolved to the current Barcelona city. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walking to all the main tourist spots like the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Port Vell, Born area.

It is also located 50 metres away from the port and 75m away from Las Ramblas. You can walk around the old town without having to take any means of transport, as well as enjoy the gastronomic and leisure choices at the Port Vell (Old port) and Maremagnum.
