Description

This apartment has been recently refurbished and is located on the third floor of a 19th century building with lift. The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America.

The 90m2 apartment has three big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite. There are two bathrooms, one in the main room. The 30m2 kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.

Roof terrace (communal) of 120m2 with loungers, chill out area & shower.

Amenities and services included:

* 1 bedroom with a double bed (& en-suite bathroom)

* 1 bedroom with 1 single bed & a bunk bed

* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

* Roof terrace of 120m2 with loungers, chill out & shower (communal for all guests at Colon, closes every day at 22:00, strictly no parties/noise.)

* 2 complete bathrooms (one is en-suite off the main bedroom)

* Air conditioning in living room and main bedroom

* Heating

* Washing machine

* DVD

* TV, SAT-TV

* Bed linen & towels

* Clothes horse to dry clothes

* Table with 8 chairs

The apartment was comfortable and clean and in an excellent location. Despite being fantastically central and accessible on foot we were not conscious of road noise at night. The apartment is underserved for washing; having only one shower for 6 occupants - but the shower is a good one ! The sound-proofing between the floors was very poor and we were woken up most nights by the people in the apartment above walking around. Notices asking for shoes to be removed late at night might help.....Habitat apartments: Thank you for your comment, we are going to see what we can do about the noise problems.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
