This apartment has recently been refurbished and is located on the second floor of a property with lift. The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America during the last years of the 19th century. The San Francisco de Asís convent stood here until 1837.

The 90m2 apartment has three big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite, another bedroom with 2 singles beds and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The apartments has two bathrooms. The 35m2 kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.

Roof terrace of 120m2 with loungers, chill out area & shower.

No problems with noise, despite the central location. Supermarket at street level so no problem shopping. 5 minutes walk to the Ramblas or the Port. Highly recommended, we will book it again

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
