Awesome location right off Plaça Reial and Las Ramblas; the apartment was perfectly adequate for our needs and is as in the photos. Check-in was easy. It would\'ve been nice if there were basic cooking supplies in the kitchen.

Apartment was great and big, bathroom/shower is small/tiny and hot water tank is small so very inconvenient as it runs out of hot water very quickly and you are left with only cold water. Location of the apartment is excellent and kitchen is big. Overall I liked the apartment.

ci siamo trovati molto bene....tranne per l arrivo il check-in non è possibile prima quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore con i bagagli fuori dal portone...caos di sera e notte...ma per il rientro ci hanno fatto rimanere in appartamento oltre l orario( potevamo stare fino alle 17 ma noi siamo andati via alle 1430) di uscita che era previsto per le 11.00...almeno abbiamo potuto fare un altro giro...e rilassarci prima di partire....l\' appartamento è posizionato ok...grazie per tutto..a presto.

Nice large apartment. Large kitchen with many equipments, bathroom a bit small, elevator is tiny. Location in street between ramblas and plaza reial is the best, and very close to metro and bus. In the middle of everything. In the evening a bit noisy because of all the terraces on plaza reial, but windows have double glass.

We had a fantastic time, location of apartment was great. Apartment was very clean. Only thing I would suggest is possibly offering a welcome back - optional and for customers to pay for which included things like coffee and tea and milk etc.

The location was perfect the apartment was very clean and adequate did not know that it was over 2 hours to Reus airport though and also that I had to pay extra €30 for arriving after 11.00pm and also 4% service charge when paying by credit card. (Habitat Apartments management: it is stated in our conditions that there is an extra charge for check in from 23:00 and 4% extra for card payment).

Good service. Nice and clean apartment. A bit noisy, but that is expected when living near La Rambla. :) Air conditioner would have been a nice luxury. Fridge was cold, but not Spain cold. Even though level was cranked up to max.

Good apartment in a great location. But the streat is really noisy, and the construction in the building next door is also REALLY noisy and starts at 7h30, It makes impossible to sleep.

We liked the privacy of our own place and having our own bathroom, full kitchen, and a washing machine. A dryer would have ben nice for how much money we paid. Clothes took days to dry. The location was good, however, very very noisy almost all hours of the day and night. Kitchen was nice to have, however, it needs sharper knives and at the very least some salt and pepper. And the hot water did not last,but we were forwarned. I personally feel for how much I paid, there should not have been these issues.

Apartment by no means with perfect location. All sightseeing places within 15-20min walking distance that allows observing historical part of the city. Habitat proved to be very responsive to our needs with respect to late arrival.

Generally it was Ok, but the internet point of view was a desater. Every time they change guest in Colom 1 (3 times) internet goes off (because router is in that app.) and it takes around 10 to 24 hours to get some one to put the router back on.

We checked into the hotel and had to wait over 1 hour which was due to the fact the incorrect set of keys were given to the staff to open the door. Upon arriving to the room we had to wait a further 1 hour for the cleaner to arrive. Due to this misfortune we received a 10% discount which was more than sufficient. The staff were very helpfull. The location of the hotel was at the heart of La Ramblas. Superb location. We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We would definitely come back again!

the apartment was nice and very well located, although it was clean and tidy, the overall state (humidity stains on the wall, bathroom ventilation) was so- so. but the real problem was that there were constraction works in the building, just on the other side of the wall. it started early every morning and was very very disturbing!!!! waking up at 7:30 from the sound of banging hammers is not my idea of a dream holiday! also, i think it would be nice to leave the guests some basic ingridients i

Great position, but it had its drawbacks because it was far too noisy at night. Some of the whitegoods are looking a bit tired (and rusty) and could be replaced. your representative was very very good and patient (because we were late). My wife was pickpocketed first day, despite taking precautions. Please be aware in Barcelona! Next time we would like an apartment with a lift to the ground floor as we had a few luggage problems.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
