The Colom 2 studio apartment in Barcelona is a perfect choice for couples looking for a short stay. The studio apartment has views of Las Ramblas, Barcelona’s historic pedestrian thoroughfare, and is located just 5 minutes walk from the gothic Cathedral and Plaza Catalunya.

Colom 2 is located in the same building as the Colom 1.

This apartment is not as shown in the photos (it has not been refurbished recently).

The studio apartment offers the following amenities and services:

    We had a fantastic time, location of apartment was great. Apartment was very clean. Only thing I would suggest is possibly offering a welcome back - optional and for customers to pay for which included things like coffee and tea and milk etc.

      The location was perfect the apartment was very clean and adequate did not know that it was over 2 hours to Reus airport though and also that I had to pay extra €30 for arriving after 11.00pm and also 4% service charge when paying by credit card. (Habitat Apartments management: it is stated in our conditions that there is an extra charge for check in from 23:00 and 4% extra for card payment).

      Excellent location. Top floor, very nice view of Ramblas and Plaza del Rey. Very confortable and spacious apartment.

      Good service. Nice and clean apartment. A bit noisy, but that is expected when living near La Rambla. :) Air conditioner would have been a nice luxury. Fridge was cold, but not Spain cold. Even though level was cranked up to max.

      Apartment by no means with perfect location. All sightseeing places within 15-20min walking distance that allows observing historical part of the city. Habitat proved to be very responsive to our needs with respect to late arrival.

      We checked into the hotel and had to wait over 1 hour which was due to the fact the incorrect set of keys were given to the staff to open the door. Upon arriving to the room we had to wait a further 1 hour for the cleaner to arrive. Due to this misfortune we received a 10% discount which was more than sufficient. The staff were very helpfull. The location of the hotel was at the heart of La Ramblas. Superb location. We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We would definitely come back again!

      My husband and I really enjoyed the stay at Colon 2- 3rd floor apartment. Not only was the location convenient, but the apartment was very spacious which was a plus.     Colom 2 is located in a pretty 19th-century building in the Barri Gotic with views over Las Ramblas, the bustling pedestrian street at the heart of the old town, and with unbeatable access to historic Barcelona. The area is a fantastically-preserved maze of narrow alleys and charming squares. Within a stone’s throw of the apartment you’ll find the gothic cathedral with its shady cloisters, Spain’s finest market: ”La Boqueria”, and a host of good restaurants and shops.
