This spacious & stylish apartment, located in the Eixample area, is a great choice for any guest coming to Barcelona. On entering the apartment you are greeted by an original 'Cobi' - the dog mascot of the 1992 Olympic Games which put Barcelona firmly on the tourist map.

The apartment has been recently refurbished in a modern and fashionable style with a large living room/dining area, tv with satellite, well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

A perfect choice for families or groups of friends for up to 8 people.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 2 twin bedrooms with latex beds (with two single beds in each)
  • 1 double bedroom with a latex bed
  • 1 single bedroom with latex bed
  • A comfortable living room/dining area with large corner sofa which doubles as a sofa bed for 1 person
  • 2 full Bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet (one is en-suite)
  • A well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, washing machine). There is no dishwasher.
  • Air conditioning in living room and hallways between bedrooms / heating for the winter months.
  • Internet ADSL Wi-Fi (6mg): (May not be compatible with some lap top configurations)
  • Satellite TV
  • DVD with USB portal
  • Hairdryer
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Towels and bed linens are provided
  • Cot and baby's folding high chair

      Location: Easy to find and within walking distance of nearly anyplace. The apartment overlooks a nice little park. There is some street noise with the windows open, to be expected in a city. Communication: Emails were answered quickly and all necessary information was provided. People: Both the girl who met us to check us in and Sergio were just wonderful. Nice, helpful, just delightful people to deal with. Apartment: Bedrooms were lovely. Kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean and in good order. I highly recommend this apartment, the warmth of Sergio and his team, and the wonderful city of Barcelona.

      Beautiful, comfortable, well designed apartment - Good area and good restaurant next door - 'Harrisons'. In front bedrooms you can hear some street noise. It would be good to have some information in the apartment about local facilities such as restaurants.

    Barcelona apartment located in the 19th century Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudi is considered the leader. Gaudi's sites are all within easy reach of the apartment; Sagrada familia, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. 

    This area is full of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars…the chic Paseo de Gracia and side streets are lined with great stores, theatres, cafes with people everywhere, shopping, relaxing and enjoying an aperitif with friends and family…
