Description

Great and quiet duplex apartment with the best views over the old town, located in the heart of Barcelona, near Las Ramblas. The location is unbeatable. It has an excellent distribution and complete equipment that will make your vacation unforgettable.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms; the first has a double bed and a bathroom, the second has three single beds.

The common area is in the first level and features a living room very well distributed, with a dining table for 4 people, sofa and chair. Also, you will find here a fully equipped kitchen.

The building has a doorman all weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

THIS APARTMENT IS ONLY FOR OVER 30 YEARS.

*Parking on request (free, except summer: June, July and August). During summer parking has extra cost of 10 Euros /day

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is located in Plaza Cataluña, the heart of Barcelona, from where the three best known and most emblematic streets of the city are: Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas and Portal del Angel.

The Area has a train station, three metro lines, 22 bus routes, tourist bus, Aerobus (bus arrives at the airport), taxi and tourist office in Plaza Catalunya.

Its communication makes it very suitable to explore the city without having to take any kind of transport. You can easily walk the modernist buildings of the Paseo de Gracia, the Boqueria market, the Gran Teatro del Liceo, the MACBA, the Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar, the church of Pi and a host of charming spots, port, Maremagnum, and many more centers of interest of the city.
