A comfortable 80 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, centrally located in the Eixample district. Casanova is just 15 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia and is perfect for 4 people staying due to its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 2 bedrooms. Both with Queen Size Beds. One bedroom looks out over the street, the other bedroom is interior with window to interior patio.
  • 2 bathrooms. One with a Shower and the other with a Bath-shower.
  • Living room with a sofa bed and a table with 4 chairs.
  • A well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) with washing machine.
  • Air conditioning in living area and one bedroom (electric fan in other bedroom)
  • There is NO internet connection in the apartment.
  • TV and DVD player
  • Hairdryer
  • Gas heating
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Towels and bed linens are provided

    Overall my stay and experience at Casanova and with Habitat was a positive one. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Your response through e-mail as well as the 24h line was great. You would benefit by having a wifi connection. We also had the lights go out about 6 times. We received 2 sets of keys, however, a third would have made it all perfect since we were three. Other then that, I am very pleased with your services.

      Lovely apartment, excellent location and service was perfect. Only problem was that air con in one of the bedroom leaked, although someone came round straight away to look at it (& fixed). There is quite a lot of damp, but nothing that a few hour regrouting wouldn't sort out!

      The bedrooms were both very spacious and the property was clean. This was a great base to explore Barcelona as most of the sites were in walking distance and for those slightly further away the tube station was a 5 min walk away.

      The apartment is great, comfortable, well equiped and spacious. Location is perfect. The only thing is that the cleaning should be improved, specially the showers, removing hair from the last guests... There was a big bag at the entrance of the apartment with dirty and wet towels from the last guests for 3 days of our 5 days stay...(laundry guy forgot to pick them up). Habitat solved this problem with the cleaning and customer. Other than that I would definitely recommend the place ;)

      I would just like to say that I enjoyed my holiday in Barcelona and I really like the Casanova Apartment. It was a lot better than I expected. It looked the same as it did in the photos and it was very clean and well furnished.

    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    The apartment is located in Calle Casanova with Calle Diputacio, next to Gran Via. This is the Eixample area, the elegant “expansion” to Barcelona built at the turn of the century to house the city’s upper-middle classes. It is now very much the centre of Barcelona, home to a host of architecturally important buildings and the city’s most exclusive shopping street, Passeig de Gracia (just 12 minutes from the apartment).

    A 5-minute walk from the apartment takes you to the multi-cultural Raval area, originally one of the city’s no-go areas but now home to an impressive collection of exotic restaurants, fashionable bars , trendy boutiques and independent galleries. Barcelona’s modern art museum (MACBA) and contemporary culture centre (CCCB) are both located in the area.

    The nearest metro station is just 400 metres from the apartment and connects you directly with both Plaza Catalunya and Plaza España. There are also several bus routes nearby, serving Plaza Catalunya and Fira Barcelona. The surrounding area offers a good selection of restaurants and coffee bars, as well as many food shops.
