3 bedroom penthouse apartment with private terrace located in the elegant & quiet residential area of Sarria-Sant Gervasi, close to the Gracia area.

The apartment is a masonette style apartment and is divided into 2 floors by stairs. It boasts one enormous master bedroom with double bed, one twin room, one single room adn then also a sofs bed for someone to sleep on. 

It's best feature is its 20 square meters private terrace where you will be able to enjoy some evenings of relaxing time!

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 17.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
