This apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a gallery (big windows) with view on an inside courtyard that lets in a lot of light. It is located only 5 minutes walk to the famous Passeig de Gracia.

NOTE: Renovation work taking place on the apartment building's exterior during May 2013 on both sides with scaffolding (views affected).

We, two adults and one 3-year old, stayed 9 nights in this apartment, an excellent choice! The apartment is very nicely furnished and cleverly designed. The toys in the apartment are a nice extra! However, there is always room for improvement. Our suggestions: -remove the glass table from the living room, it\'s dangerous; -put a coat rack in the hallway; -put a small selection of spices in the kitchen; -replace the shower tab with a flatter one as it now protudes too much of the wall.

We were exceedingly pleased by the La Boheme apartment. It is beautifully designed and decorated, and the use of space is effective. If you want to cook, it has a very nice kitchen and a full supply of cookware. The apartment is obviously one that the owners sometimes live in. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet. One delightful surprise for us was an ample supply of toys that were perfectly suited to our four year old. He was most grateful, and sorry to have to leave them.

Excellent location. Comfortable, very quiet and welcoming. Well equipped too. A little dark but that would be keep it cool in summer. Heating boiler noisy but otherwise an enjoyable stay. Blinds in bedroom impratical as hard to open the window and air the room.

Absolutely no complaints as everything was exactly as advertised in the photos and communication. One small gripe would probably be that the bathroom and shower area is small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there very much.

The apartment was excellent. A member of staff from Habitat Apartments was waiting for us as we arrived, and everything was ok. The only issue was the shower. The shower head - as had been reported by a previous reviewer - was not quite right and didn\'t give a good shower, as it leaked and thus sprayed from the side, meaning the bathroom got drenched if you weren\'t careful. We didn\'t report this, as we weren\'t staying too long, and I was scared any tampering would just make it worse. // Habitat Apartments : Our technician has gone to the apartment today and has changed the shower head and the flex. Thank you very much for this recommendation.

Everything was perfect. On our last night my bag was stolen and with it the apartment keys. Habitat sent someone to the apartment to let us in at 11pm(we had a spare set of keys inside). They called the next day to even check how we were doing. They literally went above and beyond. Our only complaint was the lock on the front door which would really stick. But we would go back in a heart beat!

The apartment is situated in a great location. Close to Plaza de Catalunya, the metro Paseig de Gracia, and all the great shopping and restaurants in Eixample. The apartment had a lot of character. Clean. Just need updating with the furnitures then it can be a great space. We had issues with the Wi-fi. We called Habitat apt, they sent someone right away to fix it. It was a problem with the internet company, but Habitat was quick to provide a solution to the problem. Shower head needs fixing.

A nice and quiet apartment in a good location for major downtown areas. The owner had left all their possessions in the apartment which felt a little strange but comfortable nevertheless. Only downsides would be that privacy could be an issue since it\'s all open plan, the kitchen could do with a kettle and the bathroom is a bit cramped but aside from that we were really happy with our stay and would book a Habitat apartment again.

Really lovely apartment. So quiet, and excellent location. Probably not the best for more people than a couple since there is little privacy (given the adjoining walls do not reach the ceiling) and noise travels from the bathroom! All in all though, we were happy with the place.

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
