The Blue Ground A is a nice Duplex apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Located in the Diagonal Mar area, just few meters from the beach.

This apartment is one of 9 apartments in the same building perfect for a family or group of friends looking to spend a wonderful break in Barcelona.

In the apartment you will find a comfortable living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a completely equipped modern kitchen. In the Second floor, 2 bedrooms, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with tub.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.

This Barcelona Apartment is a new addition to our selection. It is the perfect apartment for a small group of friends.

10.0 Blue Ground A - 

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. All facilities are there and included, washing machine,diswasher, iron, towels, sheets etc... You can use this as a base for the city, 3 miles away. We bought 10 metro tickets each for £8 each, and the efficient tube station is nearby, as are a supermarket, shopping mall (Diagonal Mar) and beach. Beach is really clean and safe. All walking distance. Ceci was excellent inducting us into the apartment and Barcelona, the guest guide is excellent. The roof terrace is great for drinks and coffee breaks outside. Much more flexibility and freedom than a hotel room, we are fussy eaters and would rather prepare our own food, kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. Doing this saves you money on eating and drinking out like you have to in hotels. The price, space and flexibility beats a hotel stay any day for us. Secure and safe environment. Good air conditioning, although a little noisy at night. Highly recommended.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 17:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : From 09:00 to 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
