Large and elegantly decorated apartment with 4 double bedrooms located in the heart of Barcelona, a few minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

This impressive apartment, with traditional features and furnished with classic high ceilings, is spacious and luminous thanks its big windows.

Ideal for families or group of friends*.

* For groups of friends, maximum of 8 people only and older than 35 years of age.

* For family groups there is no restriction of nº people (up to 10).

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 2 double bedrooms with double bed
  • 2 twin bedrooms (one with bunk beds, the other with two single beds)
  • 2 extra single beds to place in any room as desired
  • A large luminous living room (approx 50m2) / dining room with table and chairs, and stylish white leather sofa
  • 2 full Bathrooms - (please note that there are 3 bathrooms but the bath in one is temporarily out of order).
  • Gallery / verander area
  • A well-equipped kitchen ( all cooking utensils, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juice extractor, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, etc.)
  • Utility room with washing machine and Iron / ironing board
  • Air conditioning in all rooms / central heating throughout

      Very big appartment and good facilities (3 bathrooms), on a great location in the centre of Barcelona with the metro around the corner, shops for food and drinks nearby. Very well reachable also from BCN Airport. We had a great stay, though it was short. But for longer stays very pleasant since there is a lot of space.

      The apartment is ideally located in the centre of town, only a stone's throw away from Las Ramblas and other sights. A metro station is also close by. The apartment is huge and bright. We only stayed here for one night, but enjoyed the luxury of it as much as we could. However, you can tell the wear and tear of the apartment as not every piece of furniture is in top shape. Location and value for money make this a great find.

      A well located apartment, stylish, well furnished and with wifi-brill! Kitchen equipment, cooking utensils a bit basic if your planning to cook meals as opposed to snacks. Overall very good.

      We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed staying in the Claris Deluxe apartment. We stayed for 3 nights but enjoyed it so much we would have enjoyed staying longer... Everything was wonderful -- we really liked the location too!
