The Art 2 Apartment is located in a lovely 19th-century century building in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. This exceptional apartment is beautifully designed and offers three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate shower room. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Located in the same building as Art 1 and Art 3.
The apartment offers the following amenities and services:
- 3 bedrooms, each one with queen-size bed.
- A comfortable living room / dining room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm).
- 2 bathrooms. One with bath/shower and the other with shower, both have a toilet.
- A well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, oven, toaster and microwave) with washing machine.
- A Dressing Room
- Air conditioning unit in living room and one bedroom, and heating.

A few mirrors close to sockets in each bedroom would be useful for drying hair and make up etc. -

Firstly thank you for all your services and chocolates! The only suggestions we would make was the apartment could require a paint and the hot water was inconsistent which resulted in shower issues. The apartment was great, but the lift didn't work which was disappointing, because it was one of our criterias. That's why we only rated the state of repair as 3. We didn't use the extra Habitat Service that much, why we only rate it as 5, and we were generally satisfied with our stay. -

Hi, we completed the questionnaire left by the lady who met us at our apartment on the day of arrival. This lady was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the apartment and would definately stay there again if we return to Barcelona. It was of a high standard, well equiped and good value for money. I would definately recommend it to anyone I know visiting your wonderful city. Many thanks for a fantastic stay. -

Thank you for your service. It was a great stay!!!!. The location is spectacular and the apartment is very nice and clean. The only suggestion is to add air conditioning in all rooms. Although the temperature was comfortable, we have to close every window at night because in Puerto Rico we don't have this type of windows and our curious 5 year old child wanted to climb to see all the action in the streets. Also was a little difficult to get sleep with the noise in the streets at night. In general was excellent!!!
