Description

This elegant apartment is ideal for 4 people but it can easily accommodate 5 thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. It is an exterior apartment so all the rooms are very well illuminated with natural light.

As well as a quaint balcony outside the living room with some chairs and a table there is a smaller private balcony attached to the master bedroom. You will also have access to a communal terrace during the day.

- Communal terrace open from 10am to 19pm each day

-42" flat screen smart TV

- Reception open until 19pm during the week

Excelente comodidad, limpieza y atención. Muy accesible en cuanto a la ubicación. Recomiendo ir y volver en ómnibus al aeropuerto. No tomar taxi.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la réception. La proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. La situation géographique, non loin des centres d'intérêt majeurs. Les équipements récents d'un appartement avec charme et caractère. L'excellente isolation phonique, indispensable à Barcelone.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 20:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • For check-in on Sunday there is an extra charge of 25 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 35 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
