- Reservations for under 25 year olds will not be accepted only if accompanied by over 25 year olds.

- Check in is from 16:00 - 20:00. For arrivals later than 20:00 there is a 30 euro extra fee not included in the price. For arrivals between 00:00 and 8:00am there is an extra 80 euro fee not included in the price.

Good flat, clean and confortable. Near to the beach, calm. A bit far from the underground transport.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is located in the area of PobleNou which is a residential and new area of the city just 5 minutes from the sea, near Vila Olimpica and Mar Bella, one of Barcelona’s best beaches. Las Ramblas and the city centre is 10 minutes away by metro or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Vila Olimpica until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell).

The pedestrian area of Rambla de PobleNou is a lovely place from which to soak up the feeling of a local Catalan neighbourhood while being within easy reach of the city centre and the beach. It has a local & friendly atmosphere with many trees.

It has, among the shops, many outdoor cafés – wonderful for eating tapas while you watch all the people having their evening “paseo” or stroll. Along the streets are family run shops of all kinds – fresh fruits and vegetables, regular groceries, patisseries, ice cream shops, internet cafes, etc. One of Barcelona’s best restaurants, Els Pescadors (Prim Square, 1), which serves fish is a must if you’d like to indulge in some good sea food.
