About us
Habitat apartments, based in Barcelona, specialises in apartment rental by days in Spain. In operation in Barcelona since 2001, where we currently manage more than 100 apartments, from studios to larger 3-4 bedroom apartments, in different areas of the city. Recently we have extended to Madrid where we are expanding our selection of apartments, located principally in historical areas of the city.

Expansive knowledge about the cities in which we operate
In Barcelona our office is situated in the city centre and our team is made up of different natationalities and know the city well. Our team also includes representatives who work on site direectly with our guests and has constant contact with the office. Our aim is to share as much as our knowledge about the city with the guest. It is different living in a city than coming to visit and we want the guest to discover more than just what the tour guide books say. We can give inside information about he city to help the guest feel more like a local. -
