Unique 3 bedroom apartment of 225m2 in the Nieuwmarkt area, in front of the beautiful Nieuwmarkt square, sleeps up to 6 people, & offers you a stunning canal view & roof terrace. This luminous apartment has a modern kitchen, a study and a bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor, as well as a bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom and another twin bedroom, a large bathroom with bath, shower & toilet and a roof terrace are on the third floor.

Excluded from the price are:
- 5% Tourist Tax will be added to the total of the stay after booking (find more information about this tax here: Tourist tax in Amsterdam)
- A fee of EUR 50 will be added to the total of the stay after booking for administration costs and is non-refundable
- Early check ins (between 12:00 and 15:00) or late check ins (after 23:00) are upon request and the cost of this service is 30 euro. For check-in earlier than 12:00 a half-day rate will be charged. Normal check in time is from 15:00 to 23:00 (no extra charge).
- Payment of any open balance must be settled two weeks prior to check-in, bank transfer or by American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATION
- The 50 euro booking fee is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less an administration charge of € 50 (inc. VAT).
- If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of € 50 (inc. VAT).
- If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the check-in date, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
- If the tenant does not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.

The apartment was great! The location is very convinient and it can host 8 persons easily!!! We will definately going to rent it again!!! Thanks for everything. p.s. next time to be even better please provide a map of Amsterdam and have some carpets in the bathrooms :-)Overall great experience in a great free country!

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 15:00 to 23:00
- Early check-in is possible from 12:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

City tax: 5% city tax will be added to the total price.
