- 1 double bedroom with twin beds
- Complete Bathroom with shower, bath tub & toilet
- Open plan kitchen equipped with two pit stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster & microwave
- Living-room with sofa- bed for 2 people (a curtain can be closed for more privacy), flat screen TV and DVD player
- Dining table with designer bar stools
- Iron & ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Wireless internet
- Bed linen (anti allergic) and towels are provided

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total balance due.
  • For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total balance due.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Credit card
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 22:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 10:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax : 5.5000% city tax is included in the price.
