New & beautifully designed two bedroom luxury apartment in Amsterdam with high quality interior design close by Oosterpark.

This apartment which can sleep up to six people offers superb finishings and is divided into two levels. Upcoming Dutch architect, Renato Perotti, designed this relaxing environment full of natural elements.

The following amenities and services are offered:

Upper level - Living-room & kitchen:
- Open plan kitchen equipped with four pit stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster & microwave
- Living-room with sofa-bed for 2 people (a curtain can be closed for more privacy), flat screen TV and DVD player
- Dining table with designer bar stools
- Small bathroom with shower and toilet
- Wireless internet

Lower level - Bedrooms & master bathroom:
- 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with double bed)
- Complete Bathroom with shower, bath tub & toilet
- Iron & ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Bed linen (anti allergic) and towels are provided

Additionnal information:
- the 5% tourist tax is already included in the total of the booking
- Check in is at the local office in Amsterdam between 14:00 and 22:00. Check in at the apartment is possible upon request for an extra 25 euro.
- If your arrival is after 22:00 the check-in will take place at the apartment. We will charge a late check-in fee of 50 euro for that.
- An early check-in between 10:00 and 14:00 may be possible upon request and would be charged 30 euro extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given are as follow:
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the balance due (total accommodation cost minus pre payment) will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice no-show: 100% of the total balance due will be charged.

Prachtig modern appartement in een rustige buurt. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, als we nog een keer een weekend naar Amsterdam komen boeken we zeker weer dit appartement weer.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total balance due.
- For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total balance due.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Credit card
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00
- Early check-in is possible from 10:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax: 5.5% city tax is included in the price.
