This two-level apartment in Amsterdam features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite); it is ideal for families and business travellers as it's very easy to reach RAI congress centre, Schiphol airport and the World Trade Center area by public transport.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

Lower level - Living-room & kitchen:
- Large living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and large windows
- Dining table with 6 chairs
- Flatscreen TV, DVD player and Radio/CD player
- Open-plan fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave
- Access to private balcony

Upper level - Bedrooms & bathrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom with twin beds
- 1 bathroom with bath tub and separate shower
- 1 bathroom with shower en-suite with 1 double bedroom
- Washing machine and dryer
- Iron & ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Bed linen and towels included
- You have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Additionnal information:
- the 5% tourist tax is already included in the total of the booking
- Check in is at the local office in Amsterdam between 14:00 and 22:00. Check in at the apartment is possible upon request for an extra 25 euro.
- If your arrival is after 22:00 the check-in will take place at the apartment. We will charge a late check-in fee of 50 euro for that.
- An early check-in between 10:00 and 14:00 may be possible upon request and would be charged 30 euro extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given are as follow:
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the balance due (total accommodation cost minus pre payment) will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice no-show: 100% of the total balance due will be charged.

The apartment is like you'd expect it from the description. The couches are very comfortable and so are the beds. The balcony is big but a bit empty and the view is, well you're looking at a courtyard. You've got anything you need to cook in the kitchen. The location is a bit far away from the center, but as they say in the description there is a subway station, like 5 minutes away from the apartment, so no big deal. All in all I can recommend it.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total balance due.
- For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total balance due.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Credit card
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00
- Early check-in is possible from 10:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax: 5.5% city tax is included in the price.
