As there is a large sofa bed in the living room and a sofa in the main bedroom on the 2nd floor, the apartment may be suitable up to 7 people.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 30% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 21:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 10:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax : 5.5000% city tax is included in the price.

Location of this apartment in Amsterdam

The Prinsenstraat street is in the heart of the Canal Belt at 1 minute from the famous Jordaan district, 5 minutes from Central Station, Dam Square and Anne Frank House. The zone is famous for a multitude of excellent restaurants, bars and attractions.

Some tips about arriving: If you take the train from the airport (every 15 minutes) to Amsterdam central station, the price is 5.50 Euro per person. The journey time takes about 17 minutes. Once you arrive in Amsterdam you can either walk to the guesthouse which takes 7 minutes (see directions underneath) or take a small local bus called the "STOP en Go". This one departs outside central station. Ask the driver to drop you of on the corner of the Prinsengracht and Prinsenstraat as the bus has no formal stops.
If you decide to take a taxi from the airport or central station take a TCABLOKBAND taxi to avoid being overcharged and driven all over the city. The cost of a taxi from the airport is about 70 to 75 euros and from central station approximately 13 euros. You should tell the taxi driver from the airport to go via Rozengracht/ Keizersgracht and for drivers from central station via Brouwersgracht/ Keizersgracht and then take the 1st right into the Prinsenstraat.
To walk to the house from the railway station in Amsterdam: Going out of the station to your right and walk till you see the 1st canal on your left whichis the Singel Canal. Go on to this one and walk till you see the 1st small canal called Blauwburgwal on your right, go into this one and walk straight on into the Herenstraat and than Prinsenstraat. Will just take 7 minutes.

Amsterdam is famous for its more than hundreds kilometers of canals, which are creating around 90 little islands and which can be crossed via 1,500 bridges.
Anne Frank House - 0.39 km.
In the Anne Frank House you get the chance to visit the place where Anne Frank had to hide during the Second World War and where she wrote the famous diary.
Royal Palace - 0.62 km.
The Royal Palace was the residence of the Dutch Royals and houses now one of the most complete and well-preserved collections of Empire-style furniture and decorative art.

Area: Grachtengordel

Declared World Heritage by UNESCO, the so-called ring of channels comprises a network of connections on the water, which have expanded over the centuries to connect the old city center, the medieval part, the port and gradually all areas of the city.
